I painted this piece during the COVID-19 quarantine and during an extremely polarizing Presidential race. I needed to lift my spirits and bring joy to my thoughts. With so much angst in the world, I can always retreat to my happy place which for me is painting.
I believe we need to grow where we are planted. Choose happiness!
